An armorbearer or adjutant is one who helps, assists,
and gives strength and support to pastoral leadership
(be it to the senior
pastor, his or her delegates, or visiting ministry
guests).
Armorbearing is not just for those with the title of "armorbearer," but for all those who serve in the church.

75% of pastors go through a period of stress so great
that they consider quitting and that the incidents of
mental breakdowns are so high that insurance companies
charge about 4% extra to cover church staff members when
compared to employees in other businesses.
